space sparklez will not use your personal information other then to contact you about your order. 

Shipping & Availability 
space sparklez will regularly update its stock on the website , however in an event an item is unavailable we will contact you immediately with an alternate option if that item is not suitable a refund will be issued for item. we aim to ship all orders with in a 3 day period however all candles are made to order as they are custom and some items like mystery box's are made to order which might result in taking a few extra days. express shipping is not available at this point of time , all parcels are sent from sunshine coast Australia and are sent with Australia post , space sparklez does not take responsibility for goods once there in the hands of Australia post. we will provide tracking numbers for every order , and we will be happy to assist in tracking your parcel from our end with Australia post , but we have no control over how long the order will take to arrive. we encourage you to track the order via the link provided. if you have chosen to give authority to leave the parcel it is the customers reasonability to tract the parcel via the link in the shipping confirmation email sent. if the parcel has been attempted to be delivered and no one is there to sign it is the customers reasonability to arrange redelivery , couriers are meant to leave cards to say delivery attempted but they can go missing , but by tracking your shipment online you can see an attempt has been made. if you have chosen to give authority to leave and parcel says delivered on Australia post and you have not got your parcel this is the responsibility of the customer and space sparklez will not be responsible for missing parcels but we are happy to assist with the courier company but we will not resend the order at our cost.

Return Policy
as we make all our orders to go cancellations can only occur if the product has not already been made. if you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately with in the first hour via email to spacesparklez@gmail.com if you wish to cancel. if they have been dispatched they will not be refunded. orders are packed safely and securely in a box with protection , but due to the fragile nature of our products sometimes they chip and break but its still useable because its wax , space sparklez cant be responsible for how the shipping company handles there packages and by shopping with us you accept the risk.

all information provided to space sparklez is confidential. all your personal data will not be used in an unauthorized manner and you will never be provided to outside parties other then Australia post or a courier for delivery of our goods.

at space sparklez we are committed to providing high quality hand crafted products that are made with the best materials , however with the rising cost of raw materials continuing to rise sometimes we will have to adjust our prices in order to maintain the standard of excellence you expect from us. we want to assure you that the price increase's from us is necessary to support the quality and craftsmanship of our amazing products.

Liability & Product Use
space sparklez provided candle and wax melt care cards in every order , all our products have warning labels on them , the care cards will provide you with safety and care guidelines. space sparklez is not responsible for the way you use our products or any loss or damage they may cause.
